Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I just noticed this. Hover over a bounty end period and you get:

bounty date format

but normally it's:

normal date format

I'm sure it's just a minor oversight and a really simple fix.

Agreed; the M/D/YYYY format here is ambiguous with the D/M/YYYY format that is common outside the US. The ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD date format should be used. It looks like this one was missed as part of this fix.
