Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I am using OpenID delegation, set up on my homepage to delegate to stackexchange. Previously I used MyOpenID as the backend, but as it will be closed down in February I have switched to SE as the backend.

However on the delegated ID does not work, as I'm getting the following error:

Detected an attempt to send an assertion when the identifier ( is not owned by the logged in user.

If I switch back to MyOpenID backend everything works fine, and I can log in, but that won't be an option after February.

Note: I know about this question, but that's not about delegation, and doesn't have any answers.
