Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

This is only a problem, because the user hasn't specified a name in his user page. Maybe he logged in using different email accounts for the question and the comment. Not sure, if it is possible to fix that.

In addition it seems like the name is based on where they logged in from. – ChrisF Sep 25 '09 at 11:23

I've edited the user's profile to achieve consistency - but yes, looks like a bug.
