Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 157 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Make sure you've filled out the CV to at least 50%, otherwise the filing option will not appear.

I think the "file you cv" link should be replace with some text saying you can't file until you have filled out more of you CV when the CV is not complete enough. I hit this as well, as I wish to get the discount and therefor to pay quickly – Ian Ringrose Oct 15 '09 at 10:58
