What is meta? ×
Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 150 Stack Exchange communities.

I want to start a list of the programming-related StackExchange websites, since there are more and more SE sites that might have a more focused community, rather than SO.

If you have more than 100 rep feel free to edit the first answer itself. Otherwise post a link seperately and someone will add it in :). I'm not doing this for rep so please don't close this question.

Isn't the general list-question format to be to post each entry as a separate answer, and vote up the answers one likes or dislikes? – Super Long Names are Hilarious Oct 21 '09 at 0:32
@Chris Lutz: Yes and No. "Yes" to Vote up, but the accepted answer should be a compilation of all the answers. I disagree with the model some questions take to post a compilation in the 'question', since that blurs the line between 'question' and answer. – George Stocker Oct 21 '09 at 1:34
