Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

The current text is: "Voted on 600 questions and 25% or more of total votes are on questions"

I think it should read "Voted on 600 posts and 25% or more of total votes are on questions", which is what I believe was meant (understanding post as "question or answer")

No, it means what it says. See Clarify Electorate badge wording.

I understand now, I got confused by the "two conditions in one sentence" paraphernalia – juan Jan 13 '10 at 17:15
