See this question on Super User:

It was migrated there from Stack Overflow. There is a link to the original question on Stack Overflow.

It was subsequently migrated to Server Fault. However, there is no indication of that on the Super User question as you can see in the screenshot above.

I can confirm this. I'm seeing the exact same thing. –  alex Feb 14 '10 at 21:48

@alex The exact same thing? I don't know about you, but I don't see the badly drawn circles... –  Tyler Carter Feb 14 '10 at 22:30

@Chacha102: Yeah, I know, I have to do something about those freehand circle drawing skills. –  fretje Feb 14 '10 at 22:59

Try to migrate it back to SO so there's a complete circle and let's see what happens. –  Andreas Bonini Feb 15 '10 at 1:18

@Chacha102: i see the circles, but i think it's just a glaucoma flare-up. –  quack quixote Feb 15 '10 at 6:33

@Chacha Chrome automatically adds freehand circles to all trilogy pages. Unfortunately, as you can see in the image above, it's not that good at drawing them. –  alex Feb 15 '10 at 9:22

This question caused me to come here. I think we should just keep logging them here. –  Dennis Williamson Jul 19 '10 at 22:15

Still happening. Migrating is disruptive enough to users and this just makes it so much more of a worse experience to the user. –  Rebecca Chernoff Oct 16 '10 at 3:58

Not a high priority; in my experience questions that are migrated twice have serious problems, and need to be handled with manual intervention anyway.

not that serious. i've seen several migrated from SO to SU when they should've been sent to SF. it's ok; i don't expect the SO community to always migrate properly. the SU/SF communities can reroute them, but we need the UI to handle these cases properly. –  quack quixote Feb 15 '10 at 6:37

What about the case where a question is posted on SO and needs to go to WebApps? It seems that it must first go to SU then to WebApps, since there is no direct migration path from SO to WebApps. –  Senseful Oct 11 '10 at 4:25
