I set up my gravatar and it's been over a day now and I still don't see it. Tested in several browsers, clearing the cache in all of them, and it still nothing. I must be missing something.

Double check that you gave your SE site the same email that you used for your gravatar account. (If this isn't your problem, I hope that somebody else finds this useful) |
