The revised help text block in SO/SU/SF is great - it's exactly the right way to provide contextual help text for the forms in our sites. Please port this functionality over.
Basically, the help text block fades in new text for the field that has focus. The fade draw attention to the fact that something changed and having the text change allows for more text in total, but less on the page at a time.
