What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Is there some way to make the searching for CVs easier for manager noobs? I had to waste my morning coffee glow showing someone how to use the free Careers CV Search.

I know it's on the home page. I know that it says "Search CVs". However, it's not an input box and it's on the far right. I think the problem is that PHBs don't know what CVs are and expect a big search box in their face. They then waste developer time getting help finding it because I recommended the site.
