Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 153 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Mouse over the timestamps, and you'll see Andrew Moore's answer came in 33 seconds before yours. That disqualifies you for the Enlightened badge on that question.

I see. I thought "first" meant the first time I got ten upvotes and the accepted answer. – Mike Sherov Jul 12 '10 at 1:57

It's likely Andrew Moore's or F.Aquino's answer was posted before yours. Enlightened requires that your answer is the first answer to the question.
