Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Has anyone combined discussion of code with exhibition of running code?

It would be nice to have a version of stackoverflow that dealt with user-interface issues, and allowed people not to just to read small code snippets but experience medium sized applets.

Is there anything like that already?

Indeed if I had only known that were in Area 51 along with the dead aliens and the ark of the covenant -- oh wait -- I see a link at the bottom of the page -- and those look like LIVE ALIENS.... thanks – Paul Jul 15 '10 at 8:13
