Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 157 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

That's it basically.

Is this by design?

Yes. Or old code base. – Ladybug Killer Jul 21 '10 at 14:58
@Ladybug - good point, I'm not that bothered (but it would be nice to know if I'm anywhere near Enthusiast), but it is an anomaly. – ChrisF Jul 21 '10 at 15:02

We've fallen a bit behind in pulling in changes from the main sites. We'll get there eventually.

Aaand a year and half later, Area 51 profiles now show total & consecutive days visited.

That's OK. It's just that it's an anomaly. – ChrisF Jul 21 '10 at 16:36
Is this still being worked on? – Ambo100 Feb 27 '12 at 10:13
@Ambo100 Yup! I just edited the answer. – Emmett Mar 12 '12 at 20:17

It was there originally. When the "consecutive days" feature was introduced, it was shown on Area 51 as well. It was retracted at some point from only Area 51, which indicates to me that they chose to remove it specifically from that site. , Reason:Unknown
