Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

On the Ubuntu Stack Exchange site it would be really useful to be able to have a 'custom' default OpenID provider, so the Stack Exchange site can be used with the same login that Ubuntu users are used to using for other Ubuntu sites (e.g. bugtracker, forums, etc).

Would StackExchange be willing to support this?

This is now implemented, so it is possible to have per-site lists of openid providers.

Could this get implemented then? Should I open a new request for it? – juan Oct 15 '10 at 13:02
