This question already has an answer here:

I am aware of the list of valid SO clones, but was wondering if anyone was aware of a hosted solution for private use?

Stack Exchange is an example, but SE is not for private use. As far as I'm aware, all of the Stack Exchange sites are public.

EDIT

Since this was posted, the above list of valid SO clones, has been updated to include hosted solutions.

One of the big clones offered commercial hosting, but I forgot which one. –  Pëkka Jan 25 '11 at 9:31

You cannot use the Stack Exchange framework for private use, but you can use OSQA for your own intranet. If you cannot do that, make sure you only give the URL to users you know.

Technically you CAN use the SE framework for private use. It's just at an Enterprise price point. –  Michael Pryor Jan 25 '11 at 23:21

What do you mean. Could you please show me an URL @Micheal Pryor –  Benny Jan 25 '11 at 23:30
