I get this message on the top of the browser windows saying You have 1 favorite change. See your favorites. I don't get it on the other sites I use (SO, Unix & Linux), but I get it on programmers.SE. There, I get it only when I click the envelope. Checking the prefs, I don't a difference between the two.
