Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I thinks stackoverflow must allow some degree of customization for user - the page he needs to see after login.

There is a definite use case for this - like I want all questions regarding C++ topic to be seen immediately after login, another user XYZ wants to see all "Unanswered questions in C++" after login.

I think it is worth giving it a try.

Does your browser not allow bookmarks? – random Jan 9 '11 at 17:25
Yes It does, but what If I login from multiple machine. An in built customization is more preferable I guess. – kumar_m_kiran Jan 9 '11 at 17:26
A real developer loves his computer and never switches to another one. They don't even bother leaving it. – rightfold Jan 9 '11 at 19:43
