I suspect that it's because

Application.Current.Dispatcher.BeginInvokeShutdown(System.Windows.Threading.DispatcherPriority.Normal);. 

is being treated as a single work and not broken when it hits the width of the comment area.

And that causes the other comment below it to also not wrap? And is it a bug? –  Josefvz Feb 14 '11 at 12:30
    
@Josefvz - It's only a guess but yes, I suspect that this would cause the other comments not to wrap as well - but I have no evidence of this. And yes, I'd regard it as a bug. –  ChrisF Feb 14 '11 at 12:31
