Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Possible Duplicates:
How about a difficulty rating for questions?
Rate questions' difficulty by votes, and distribute rep based on that

I'm sorry, if such question was asked before, I searched, but haven't found. I'm worried about evaluation system on stackoverflow. This project was created to help people. To stimulate people to answer the reputation system was applied. As the result, most people set their goal to get points, not to help people. So I meet many really difficult questions with no answers, because no one wants to lose their time to solve the problem for 2 points. And I meet many really elementary, newbie questions with lots of almost identical answers, because it's easy. So, I think, why not to grant harder questions with more points? There could be experts in different fields of IT, who could estimate the difficulty of question. That could be stimulus to answer not only elementary questions. Thank you.
