What is meta? ×
Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 133 Stack Exchange communities.
  1. Do not have enough rep to have your question edits be automatically accepted.
  2. Edit a question and submit. Before it is accepted, you will see the question with your edits (very helpful) and a box that thanks you for the edits.
  3. Post an answer.
  4. Edit said answer. On the answer edit screen the question will appear in its original form. I think it would be very helpful to show the question with your edits here as well.

The specific question I did this on is here. The original formatting was not pretty, I would have wanted to see it with my fixed formatting everywhere.

In my opinion this is an oversight. But I can see it being a feature-request instead. –  earlNameless Mar 26 '11 at 15:01
