Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I have read the FAQ, couldn't find it there.

don't worry about that my rep isn't sufficient yet, I just want to know how it is done – HCP May 4 '11 at 9:20
I will read Best way to link related Posts (ty) for generating 'Related' stackoverflow team! – HCP May 4 '11 at 9:21
Find a question, copy the link from your browser's address bar, and paste it into your answer. Where's the confusing part? – Cody Gray May 4 '11 at 9:24

When you got 50 reputation (1 here on meta), you can comment the link as a comment to any question (you can always do on your own question), and it would be linked at "Linked" column on the right side of the question.
