Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I am confused about the website! Its interface and functionality looks very similar to Stack Overflow, but it doesn't refer back to any Stack Exchange website!

I just want to know if there is any relation between Stack Overflow and If not, why can use Stack Overflow's theme? I don't think they shouldn't be able to do that, because it confuses users like me.

How is this website IN ANY WAY similar to Stack Overflow? – Loïc Wolff May 20 '11 at 9:14
@Loic see my edit – balpha May 20 '11 at 9:17
That site has some great questions and especially - answers. My favourite: How to learn Mancunian? – Pëkka May 20 '11 at 9:18
@Pekka: Did you create an account, just so you could flag as "not an answer"? – Cody Gray May 20 '11 at 9:25
@Cody I was very tempted! – Pëkka May 20 '11 at 9:29
possible duplicate of Is this a Stack Exchange website? – Michael Mrozek May 20 '11 at 10:53

It's a StackExchange 1.0's a relic, nothing to worry about.

Edit: To clarify. Before Area51 you could rent hosted Q&A sites from StackExchange. This is one of them. If you look at the source code of it, you'll find this:

<meta name="generator" content="StackExchange 0.9 (20100413135304-37b86aed49ad)">
