I have no subject matter expertise in this area, but I'm really tempted to ask for a blacklist of [express] -- it's way too vague, and could apply to many things (first thing that came to mind was SQL Server Express). –  Jon Seigel Jun 15 '11 at 1:28

@Jon and one of the tag wikis says not to use it for Visual STudio express...I think that is highlighting the problem with this tag as well. –  davidsleeps Jun 15 '11 at 3:09

We've gone a bit backwards on this one. Now [express.js] is a synonym for [express], so we can't use the explicit tag even if we wanted to. –  skaffman May 17 '12 at 10:00
