Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I'm typing this with my iPhone.

Code blocks get truncated and you can't scroll them either.

Is this local to Safari or to all small displays?

Sorry - ignore my close vote. I misread the question, partly due to the wrong tag being used. – ChrisF Jun 29 '11 at 11:22

You can indeed scroll them, use two fingers. Same on iPad.

Indeed you can. I just didn't think to try two fingers on blocks of text that are 1 line high (it's hard to put two fingers on 10 pixels...) – bdares Jul 1 '11 at 0:00
