Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

The users should be allowed to view questions filtered by multiple tags. e.g. I want to see those questions which have tags "ruby-on-rails" and "cucumber" and "testing". It would be much better if we could be able to have an "or" modifier also just like "and".

This feature already exists, along with additional options for filtering based on multiple tags.

As you click tags in the "related tags" area they'll be appended to the URL as above.

tag+tag not working for me -… – Dan Dascalescu Oct 11 '12 at 0:30
As mentioned at that question, on the "faq" tab you may not see all of the questions. Switch to something like "newest". – Al E. Oct 11 '12 at 0:33

Just do a search for both tag names in brackets: [c#] [sql-server]

Another option is to click on the c# tag and then on the sql-server tag in the list of related tags on the right.
