Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Are questions automatically chosen, or must they meet a range of conditions?

Is the number of questions limited? Or will all questions, that meet the conditions, be in the newsletter?

From the discussion page:

Your question needs to meet one of these requirements:

  • Be a Hot question for the week.
  • Be a Random, unanswered question... more than a few hours old and >0 score.
  • Entice a site mod to pick it as a hot question.

Apparently unicorns and waffles help around here, but perhaps narwahls (sp?) would be more appropriate enticements for Stack Overflow. – M. Tibbits Jul 27 '11 at 2:28
Thank you very much :) – DatVM Jul 27 '11 at 5:23
