If users could write their strengths and weaknesses into their profile and get a basic list of questions on their sidebar that are within their skill set and have no answers many of these problems would be reduced. Either that or adjust reputation based on how long a question goes unanswered, even if it means reducing a bounty to 25/50 after six hours. | |
