Honestly I think the 2 questions you posted in your question would be incorrect to flagclose as too localized. I remember one of the pod casts where Joel was talking about the too localized flagclose reason and the example he used was something like...

Not only is it unlikely anyone will know why there is a car parked in front of your particular house, but by the time someone reads this question in a day or two, it is very likely the car isn't even there now.
