Jun 18, 2014 at 16:01 comment added Monica Cellio On enabling this only at certain rep levels, I think that's actually backwards -- a new user whose first post out of the gate gets downvoted should get told as soon as possible that he needs to fix something, before he comes back hours later to find it massively downvoted and gives up. A new user's first DV is a teaching moment, if he notices early and is willing to be taught. (If he's not willing to be taught he'll be gone soon anyway.)
