Showing 2 users with reputation +2000 in area51 proposal board while there is only one, case of a less-then-90-days beta proposal?

In Arabic Proposal in Area 51, it shows that there are 2 users with reputation greater then 2000 while in reality there is only one:

It seems that it is also wrong for 200+ rep: showing 22 users where there are only 13.

The other answer do, but letting the explanation why wrong open.
