Apr 30, 2018 at 18:10 | comment | added | Richard T | @ShadowWizard Personal attack? Get a grip! ...Google is not a friend, and should not be trusted. This is not the time or place for a discussion about that, but there's nothing personal about not trusting Google.
Apr 30, 2018 at 7:21 | comment | added | Shadow Wizard | @JourneymanGeek is correct, without that paragraph I would treat this question in a totally different way. By directly attacking Google you take this out of a professional bug report and make it a personal attack on something else.
Apr 30, 2018 at 5:42 | comment | added | Richard T | @JourneymanGeek Thanks Journeyman, you're probably right. ... After 41 years in this business (and still coding) I've long learned that my views aren't main-stream. But, while I'm not shy to share my attitude, I also have the thick skin to ignore the slings and arrows of those "snowflakes." At least in my view, a lot of these whipper-snappers would seriously benefit to take my views onboard - or at least think about them seriously. They think they know it all... -sigh- None of us do.

Apr 30, 2018 at 1:24 | comment | added | Dan Bron | You don’t have to do anything. Meta is a harsh mistress & rep and downvotes here are pretty common and don’t matter as much as on the main site. No need to sweat it. Thanks for following up.
