Jun 2, 2019 at 18:47 comment added Scott - Слава Україні OK, so the user was deleted network-wide.  How does this support the hypothesis that it was not a voluntary self-deletion?  I don’t plan on ever deleting my Stack Exchange accounts, but if I did, I would probably do all of them.
