I would like to add that I would have appreciated some notice they were going to remove various features, including the reasons for those changes, before they did them anywhere. That way, we could have understood better why this was being done, plus possibly given feedback to try to get them to adjust, even reverse, those changes. At the minimum, we would at least know what was coming & why. Also, I realize these sorts of notifications & getting feedback involves more work for the company staff, but it helps to reduce the problems and upset of the members. | |
