My question on StackOverflowStack Overflow was closed even though it is OK per FAQ

As a programmer I am looking for input from other programmers. The question meets every requirement in the FAQ (https://stackoverflow.com/faqStack Overflow FAQ) and yet it was immediately closed anyway. I would like someone to please review this and unlock my question if possible.
