per Cancelling upvote on comment?Cancelling upvote on comment? when an (possible accidental) upvote is made, then the flag icon is removed. As it is really easy to click on the wrong™ one I think that it should be changed so that the flag icon isn't removed, or that we are able to down-vote comments as well...
