How do I find which users have asked the most questions?

On a particular Stack Exchange? I remember there being some site that could allow me to do that, but I don't remember where it was.

This query on https://data.stackexchange.com/ shows the top 100 users with the most questions.

If you're using raw SQL in offline dumps, Joachim's query (OwnerUserId as [User Link]) wouldn't automatically create a link to the user URL.

Instead, use this query:
