This question already has an answer here:

Currently we see green highlights on added/modified content, but I always worry that a user could have made a seemingly valid edit, but included a new link (or changed an existing link) so it takes me extra time to check and it seems such edits could slip through. Could we have some extra formatting for links in this view which highlights the URL (and whether it has changed)?

Is the markdown diff view not good-enough for this? – Mat Mar 31 '13 at 21:26
  • @Mat I don't seem to have a button for that? Also I'd rather be able to check in the preview view, as personal preference (single view for formatting and URLs). – Dave Mar 31 '13 at 21:29
  • i.stack.imgur.com/vcJle.png - you can switch between the views very easily. – Mat Mar 31 '13 at 21:32
  • @Mat: ah yes, don't know how I missed that. Anyway I'd much rather it was all in one view. It does indeed look like a duplicate of that link though. – Dave Mar 31 '13 at 21:36
