The flagging dialogue tells me that I have raised a duplicate flag on that question. I haven't. I flagged it as off topic because instead of inline code it relied on a link (now broken).

@Mołot unfortunately I don't think it is a perfect solution as long as duplicate and closed for other reasons are separate in the flag dialog. The current message after your report is was the best solution but still means someone needs to know that duplicate and close flags are the same type.– psubsee2003Oct 17, 2013 at 14:15

2@Mołot the new flag dialog stresses dups before other close reason (which I think is an ok idea because questions should be closed as dups regardless of other problems if there is a dup), so as long as it does that and duplicates are considered "closing", there is no clear fix that can be expressed in a short phrase.– psubsee2003Oct 17, 2013 at 14:22
