This question already has an answer here:
I am a beginner to the programming world, and I opened a Stack Overflow account last year and asked about 10 questions.
Now I do agree that all those questions were not well-formed and had many formatting mistakes, etc. But I learnt from those mistakes. However, my account got banned. I was not able to ask any more questions. It asked me to fix my questions, which I did, but it was not enough. It's still inactive.
Hence I opened another account and started posting questions. This is that new account. I do believe that I posted good questions with well-framed sentences and good structure. However I keep getting downvotes for reasons unknown to me.
Since I am a beginner, there is no way I can contribute to Stack Overflow as of now. The only way for me to stay here is to ask questions and that's the only reason why I want to be here anyway (at least as of now). But I tried to ask a question just now and it started saying that I am on the verge of being banned (AGAIN!!!). So, how do I stop this from happening?
If this goes on, the only way for me to get input from this community would be to spam it by creating more and more accounts which would only be detrimental to the community.
The question is unique, as I have not yet received a ban yet. It shows me a warning to consider re-formatting my questions, etc. So this is in no way a duplicate of any other questions lying around here.
