I found that login in to Stack Exchange from another device put my privacy under risk. I can press Log Out button but I don't have to enter my password any more. This is insane!

The problem is that I forgot my registration email and accidentally created another account. Now I cannot sign out from this account to sign in to another. This UX makes so much pain to user.

  • Your title is in conflict with the body of your question. What is the issue? Is it with Sign in or Log out? Can't you find your login email under stackoverflow.com/users/current and then click the tab Edit Profile & settings and then click in the left navbar on My Logins – rene Jun 10 '17 at 10:41
  • can you explain it? Why you want to enter password while logging out? – Optimus Prime Jun 10 '17 at 10:53

Contact us and explain what happened in detail. What emails are involved, what steps you took, etc. – Adam Lear Jun 10 '17 at 20:54
  • @Adam nothing happened, this was already discussed over five years ago, as far as I can tell it's the same "issue". – Shadow 10 Years Wizard Jun 12 '17 at 20:07
