I think I asked a question about 21 hours ago. It is my second questions in Philosophy Stack Exchange (I asked more, but they were deleted). But in 'Network profile' in the 'accounts' tab it shows '1 questions' in the Philosophy part.

Is something wrong with my account?

  • To elaborate, in my experience, most of the information on the Network Profile page is not in sync (I have no idea how often it gets updated). For example, I have posted 524 answers on Stack Overflow so far. Yet, my Network Profile currently shows that I only have 523 answers even though the last answer was posted about 23 hours ago. – 41686d6564 Jun 7 at 20:06
  • @41686d6564 That may not be out of sync, but actually off by one permanently; see above. – Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog Jun 7 at 20:07
  • @Sonic I don't think so because the numbers are accurate for my other accounts (where I don't post often) and also for questions on SO. That said, both you and Glorfindel are way more experienced with SE than me, so I could very well be wrong. – 41686d6564 Jun 7 at 20:09
  • @41686d6564 The linked report only mentions that it's occurring on one site (later two sites), not all sites. – Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog Jun 7 at 20:10

Also, I haven't tested this yet, but per Glorfindel's post, the count is supposed to increase immediately on making one post rather than have a long caching period. – Sonic the Anonymous Hedgehog Jun 7 at 20:12

Yeah, especially considering the second part of his post, this does look like something "randomly" glitching rather than a caching issue. – 41686d6564 Jun 7 at 20:13
  • Does this answer your question? Incorrect answer score for a top post in my Network Profile or Aggregator: meta.stackexchange.com/q/359110/282094 – Rob Jun 7 at 23:01
