Why is “top questions” on mobile view broken for meta.stackexchange.com?
I navigated to “meta.stackexchange.com”, and it defaulted to “Top Questions”, but no questions showed up on the mobile view. Is this feature broken?

Why does the active homepage sometimes show questions that haven't been bumped in a long time?
Just now I saw these old, inactive questions at the top of the "active" homepage here on MSE:
At the bottom are extremely old and dormant posts ("Modified 2 years, 6 months ago", ...
