It looks like the SSL certificate for data.stackexchange.com just expired.
If you were in the middle of running queries you would be greeted with:

SEDE magic columns (and site://) do not use HTTPS
Post links generated via the SEDE magic columns (e.g. [Post Link], [Comment Link], etc.) as well as site:// provide HTTP links, but should provide HTTPS links instead.
