In [this answer](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17456935/how-to-create-a-button-with-a-css-animated-background/17458353#17458353) (via this [meta question](https://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/187282/convincing-wrongness-of-link-only-answers))  the poster links to two google search result pages as part of their answer.  
Is this a reasonable thing to do, or should we be discouraging it?

It seems awfully close to [lmgfy](https://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/15650/ban-lmgtfy-let-me-google-that-for-you-links) and surely there are *always* better sources which could be linked to...
