If you see something, say something!

There is a lot of guidance out there on how to:

And there may simply be problems with the site software itself that need to be reported (broken links *shudder*, features that got turned on that ordinary people shouldn't have access to, features that got turned off that everyone should have access to, etc.)

But there will always be questions about the finer details of site moderation. Use this tag to mark questions about reporting things you see on the site.
