I posted an answer to [this question](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9919771/can-i-use-the-filesystem-api-for-a-chrome-extension-to-upload-an-image-to-a-fold), which did not satisfy the OP, hence his downvote. His expectations were not worded in the question, so he slightly changed the title, which did not invalidate the question-answer combination, as [pointed out in a comment][1].

After this comment, he [replaced his **own question** with bogus](http://stackoverflow.com/revisions/9919771/4) and walked through some of my recent answers [to cast some downvotes][3].

Now, this question is [**locked**][2], with the following notice:

##Questions

1. How to track what's happening to the post? It's locked, so no comments can be added any more.
2. What does "disputes about its content are being resolved" imply?

3. How to deal with these downvotes? According to [this comment](http://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/99758/gaming-the-mass-downvotes#comment252973_99758), I should just flag my post.
According to [this answer](http://meta.stackoverflow.com/a/127105), moderators cannot view individual votes. So, what to do?
