<p>For the other class of question, asking for legal advice, it gets more tricky. If only we had a <a href="http://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/19501/new-hero-for-the-league-of-justice-business-of-software-man">Business of Software</a> hero in the League of Justice where we might be able to have a lawyer or two cover those questions...</p>
