To this day, certain thumbnails (imgur pictures with a fixed size) are corrupted randomly

Few examples:

- <img src="https://i.sstatic.net/WvfsF.jpg?s=48" />

- <img src="https://i.sstatic.net/GmSoS.jpg?s=32" />

The only way to fix it I know of, is to re-upload the picture again, which cause new thumbnail creation process.
