How to read the flagging summary?
The new flagging summary (click on your number of helpful flags in your profile) is cool, however some posts have a gray background, some don't. What does it mean?

How to handle posts that link directly to binary files?
If it is a link proposed by an "official" site, I don't see any reason to flag. However in one of the answers there's a link to a crappy free download site content farm, which I flagged.
