Missing some comment notifications on my answer
I missed one of the comments on my post that was buried deeper down than I expected. All of the comments weren't there because of the grouping mentioned by VLAZ in a comment, and it confused me.

In the inbox, "N hours ago" is underneath the envelope icon when there's a URL in the notification
We can fix this a few ways, but the best is:

overflow-wrap: anywhere;
}
This also fixes the same issue in the Help dropdown.
